The scam is on the scammers. These poor fools pay a scammer host for a list of email addresses and "instructions" on how to run a scam from their computer or internet cafe. They of course lose whatever they pay the scammer and if by some miracle they should hook a live sucker, the scammer host will take over and the fool who paid for the list and instructions won't get a dime even if the sucker sends money.

I don't know who to pity the most, the fools who pay for the email list and instructions on how to run a scam or the occasional sucker that gets taken.
