I am kinda new here so bear with me.

I have recieved 419s in the past but recently I recieved about 30 in the space of a few days, Amoungst them I found a couple of NEW types that I have not seen before.
1) Thank you contact to recieve cash
2) Company needs Rep/Help
(See below)

Now don't get me wrong, I know these are Scams.
So my question is ... Where is the sting?
I mean how do they work what are they trying to achive?
(I need to know so I can bait them appropriately )
Also as I mentioned I'm new so any tips would be greatly appreciated.
