We did a google search for +44-70319-09449 and, from 419 Eater, uncovered this:

Part of the problem in tracking down these numbers is that too many mugus have many different numbers and, even if this one didn't, would just go out and get another number.

We do not ever advocate phoning and speaking with a mugu. At most, we simply give out a phone number of a payphone at some undisclosed location. Generally, we never give out phone numbers.
